McLean Park is a 10-acre park which includes a lake and two-acre lakes. It is popular with both locals and visitors. It is centrally situated in the city. The Parks and Recreation Department holds many special events in this park. Reservations can be made for McLean Park’s three picnic shelters as well as the gazebo or meditation garden.

McLean Park is centrally located for local residents and visitors looking to relax and unwind away from the beach. This vast park is located in the center of the city between 1st Avenues and 3rd Avenues, just two blocks to the west of Ocean Boulevard. You can find a variety of outdoor activities here. The park is great for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view.

The park is surrounded by a number of vacation rental communities as well as residential homes. It is only a short walk to the beachfront resorts resorts. For those with picnic baskets and other athletic gear, parking areas are close to the park entrance.

The park covers ten acres of land which is still undeveloped in the heart of the town. The park also contains a two-acre lake. It is a popular spot for residents as well as newcomers to North Myrtle Beach. Two playgrounds are available for different ages. There is also a half-mile of paved walking paths and a fitness track within the park. A playground is available for children between 2 and 5 years of age. Three parks can hold approximately 30 to 100 people. Covered picnic shelters can accommodate large groups. You will also find little extras such as nearby drinking fountains, charcoal grills, and trash receptacles. Many visitors love the park’s outdoor amenities, but it also has one-of-a-kind features that make it one of the most popular spots in the area. The park’s meditation gardens are a popular spot to unwind and take in the stunning summer flowers. For park-goers who want to enjoy the natural beauty and breath of the lake, a waterfront gazebo can be a great shade spot.

Many city-wide events take place there, including holiday Easter Egg Hunts and Trick-or-Treating. McLean Park’s “Sounds of Summer”, which are a series of live performances held in the park’s heart, is quickly becoming a popular family outing for North Myrtle Beaches. They take place every Friday between mid-May and the end of September. Visitors are invited to bring their blankets and picnic baskets to enjoy an incredible show in a stunning location.

McLean Park hosts movies in the pary every Friday in the summer. Everybody is invited to sit under the stars and enjoy a big-screen movie. These movies are typically held in June through October. These events do not allow alcohol to be served.
